I meet with each customer to answer any questions and familiarize the client with design, financing and construction options of a typical Home.  It is important I establish a good working relationship with any client.  I want my customers to be confident of my abilities, stewardship, dedication and commitment to their project.  If I do not feel I am the builder for you I will refer you to another qualified builder I feel better suites your needs.

If a design is needed, my first job is to determine your needs, desires and costs goals.  The next step is to work up a floor plan incorporating the room layouts and features the client wants.  Costs are considered during this process to make sure we don't design a Home outside our cost goals.  I do this by advising my client of the costs associated with each option he may consider and advise him as to those that give him the most impact for the least cost.  This process usually takes four to six weeks.

I recommend a client shop around - Interim construction financing varies from lender to lender.  Financing terms will apply to any builder you select thus I recommend this process be completed as soon as possible.  This can be accomplished during the Design Process.

Once ready to break ground - a typical Home will take seven months to complete.  I work hand in hand with my clients through the entire construction period to tailor each Home to a clients needs and desires.  I personally oversee every Home I build.  I am on site daily and always available to meet with a client to review our progress, inspect work or review budgets.  I inform my clients when selections need to be made to avoid panic decisions.  Although I attempt to limit changes, I allow the client to exercise his/her right to change his/her mind.  If requested I can incorporate the influence of any interior decorator to the construction process to produce a Home that has that added character and interest.
