The interview
There is no cost associated with an
interview. This is a time both the builder and the client take to
determine if they have common ground.

Credit Approval
One of the first things I recommend a client
do - is to determine his purchasing potential. Regardless of the
amount you wish to spend, you should confirm your credit ceiling. Most
lending institutions will guide you through this process for a minimal
charge ($250 - $500). If you need help finding a suitable lender - I
can help. A credit approval will apply to any Builder

Plan Development
The design of your home should cost from
$0.75 to $1.25 per sq. ft. (under roof). This can be done independent
of your builder but I recommend you work with a builder during this process.
The builder is very important to assist you in designing a home that is
within your budget and free of construction issues.

Construction
Construction costs are covered by an Interim
Construction Loan. All draws go through the Client. Once
completed - the Construction Loan is retired by a Permanent Mortgage Loan.
Most Financial Institutions will cover 80 to 90 percent of the construction
costs. |
